Slow and steady wins the race
Since December I’ve lost 9lbs from my heaviest weight and my goal was to lose about 10lbs but actually i’m pretty happy at where I’m at now. It’s not about the number but about how i feel and even though its taken me about 4 months to lose only 9lbs i’m happy about it because i’ll be honest i’m lazy and didn’t want to give it 110% i gave it more...

Oh and!
I had 2 of my dads friends ask me if I’ve lost weight today and that i looked really great. I mean it was wonderful seeing the scale at 128 since when i started this i was 133 but its even better that people are noticing it. I feel wonderful.
